You are advised to bring additional clothing, towels and water when you visit. Socks are required for entry. It is crucial to provide accurate and complete accompanying information during check-in. If the child has any specific requirements, the accompanying person will be contacted based on the information provided.

Parents can observe their children from an elevated position at the Kidventure while socializing, working at available tables, and selecting food and beverages from the small café on the same floor. Additionally, there are phone charging stations and complimentary Wi-Fi nearby.
Kidventure has over 300 lockers available exclusively for children to securely store their personal items before entering the playground. Additionally, changing rooms are accessible in the trampoline park area.
To guarantee the safety of children, our team members who have graduated from university pre-school and child development programs are present on site. Kidventure is periodically sterilized using nano-technological hygiene practices. The ball pools are cleaned using special machines that pass all the balls through a solution. Additionally, hair dryers are available in the area for guests to use when necessary.

Game Rules
- Kidventure caters to children aged between 4 and 12 years old, and there is no requirement for an accompanying adult.
- The park operates daily, with unlimited usage time or a maximum of 60 minutes.
- Shoes are prohibited inside the playground area, and complimentary lockers are available at the entrance to store your footwear.
- Eating and drinking inside the area is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
- We suggest that long sleeved blouses and long pant are worn in the play area.
- To ensure safe and enjoyable fun on the giant slides, wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants is recommended to avoid friction burns depending on the sliding speed. Socks are mandatory and can be obtained from the Kidventure counter if needed.
